I’m passionate about helping teams and leaders at all stages of their journey, whether you're just beginning or aiming to advance in your leadership career. By learning to harness the power of your mind and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your team, you can elevate your leadership and boost productivity.
Welcome! I’m Marg, the founding principal of Me My Strengths and I.
Driven by curiosity and a deep desire to create positive change, I've spent over 30 years working in arts and cultural development—as an artist, community facilitator, arts manager, and leader in policy and strategy. This work has always been my passion.
My journey into leadership sparked a new passion and a deep interest in positive psychology, leading me to study how we can all thrive. I blend positive psychology approaches with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy, to empower my clients to flourish, whether at work, home, or in life’s adventures.
Outside the office, I enjoy singing and playing the mandolin on community radio, creating art, sewing quilts, and designing my garden and life using permaculture principles.

It assesses 60 strengths across the dimensions of energy, performance and use.
Research show that using our strengths makes us happier more confident and more able to achieve our goals. We become more motivated, engaged and productive. We learn faster, perform better and strive to do our best everyday.
